This is not exactly about Philadelphia's budget cuts, but totally on the topic of young people engaging in politics and speaking out to the people in power.
A 19-year-old Julio Osegueda, who got the chance to ask the last question at President Obama's town hall meeting in Fort Myers, Florida, yesterday February 10th - ended up getting a job because of it!
